taking the attached credits isn't really what "ignoring" is.

he could charge penalty by taking a portion as a "bothering me eventough there's no deal"-penalty then return the rest with the notification.

but what piyin did in this "m37k case" is neither of those 2, he didn't ignore it since he take the money, he also didn't charge a % penalty. Only after sss ask for refund, he forces a deal on what he define as no deal then shoving the goods while also asking for penalty payments.

but sure piyin could later say that % is meant 100% so he took it all - which is a dick move - though anybody would be able to reply with another dick argument as "a %" should mean one percent, since a is used to denote a singular item, so what he could take is only 1% of what sent to him..

Before more lynching, piyin should be given a chance to defend himself from these allegations. However, it seems it will require a large burden on him to put himself ina good light.

Sending credits with the intention of buying items which piyin had knowledge of is scamming no mater what his rules say. The rules are only binding if piyin himself gave something to the buyer in return.

Certainly, it would be good if they could reach a solution to this matter but, as you said, "exposing such things is always bad for sellers" so I think that the damage is already done.

not sure, i wasn't around here yet when this happened. all i know is part of this story heard here and there, partly even by piyin himself. didn't know about the ranting thing though.

as far as i see it, it's not a matter of "mere 37k". sss himself said it's not for the credits. he stressed more about the behaviour of the seller. all the rest is soome stories that sum up, and i took the chance to bring out the FS matter here as well.

agree. apart for the fact that ignoring trades or getting stuck on such finickyness is a worse thing for the seller rather than the buyer. i remember a thread a few weeks ago in which sellers were labeled as later/not-quick-enough sellers or so by some buyers only because they answered a day later. refusing a deal yet taking the credits is quite the bad move, if you ask me.

I don't think i've ever tried to buy something from Piyin and not been annoyed.

It always seems to turn into an auction where a mysterious buyer wants to buy the item I want at the same time.

You just have to expect it and move on lol.

also technically that doesn't define any exact number he would take as penalty, it's only "I'll take your money", while he state "charged with a % of penalty" which is not "all of your money are belong to us" statement but "a percentage without clear number" .
and he did make the no-deal to a deal by sending the goods with "penalty cod".
