1. I sent piyin some credits for a few scrolls.


2. He took credits, but didn't send anything.


3. I wondered, then read the rules on his thread.

I mailed him "I want to get back my credits."


5. Instead of a refund, he sent scrolls with cod "as a penalty".
As I said above, I sent credits already.


6. Well, I wanted not a penalty, but a refund.
So I returned them and asked him to return my credits again.


7. Then he replied...

It seems you read and didnt read the rules... and yet here you are requesting something that has no chance to be claimed back... Read the rules.

I thought it was very absurd, so demanded again with little expectation.

But, as I expected, he refused again.

py took the credits, which means he accepted the agreement.
Yet he didn't send the scrolls in agreed way.

Business is business. Py is in no position to charge a penalty. On the contrary, the person who deserves penalty is py, for breach of agreement.

No, seriously, that's stupid but whatever, just don't deal with him, I read the rules of the shop when I was a newbie and decided never to do business with him, the rules are obviously written to scam people, and that's a deal breaker for me.

no-one should ask for a ban apart mods. but you can surely pm such things to a mod, who will decide what to do. give either Tenboro or wiki joe a few time for this thread to catch their attentions, for example

i already asked piyin a while ago how came his prices about a certain thing were so high. his answer was 'sooner or later someone will buy them anyways' and actually he was right, since they were obsoletes that a certain collector bought.
if this is his current policy, then he doesn't absolutely care about a couple customers less since there always be one.

back then they used to call him 'the salvage king' and was even banned by varst for that incident. then after a few time he started working in FS and most likely his reputation increased a bit. funny thing, mentioning that name when he still was around worked good to threaten him (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)
meanwhile, his shop escalated little by little in what is today and he became the watchdog of FS... something like that.

Sending credits with the intention of buying items which piyin had knowledge of is scamming no mater what his rules say. The rules are only binding if piyin himself gave something to the buyer in return.

but as for the yelling-at-newbies part, just these days i started to discuss in Ask the experts thread - well, it'd be better to say "i started another time". plus every now and then i post a 'calm down' post in FS thread. hence i think enough time has been given already.
