so apart for yelling at newbies and "kicking off high prices" by reselling now he also does something like this?
his shop, his rules, clearly, but
nobody no-one is interested in putting in such masochistic rules. this makes me think about those one-sided contracts in which either you have to read everything with a magnifier or you're doomed.

Actually... Isn't this considered a type of scamming?
If Varst was still around... I think this sort of thing can be a ban...
EDIT: To clarify, I am not asking for a ban now.
What I mean is, if this is true, it is a type of bannable action.
I hope that piyin can also give his perspective here, so we can all understand what happened. His reputation is not so good recently...
no-one should ask for a ban apart mods. but you can surely pm such things to a mod, who will decide what to do. give either Tenboro or wiki joe a few time for this thread to catch their attentions, for example

The mail s2 sent to py can be seen as a contract: credits for scrolls.
py took the credits, which means he accepted the agreement.
Yet he didn't send the scrolls in agreed way.
Business is business. Py is in no position to charge a penalty. On the contrary, the person who deserves penalty is py, for breach of agreement.
Get the money back PLUS PENALTY! (IMG:[

that is one way to lose customers and I think piyin is losing a very valuable customers (IMG:[

N.B.: sssss2, perhaps u would like to attach the screenshot of your correspondence with piyin in this thread, it could strenghtened your position (IMG:[

i already asked piyin a while ago how came his prices about a certain thing were so high. his answer was 'sooner or later someone will buy them anyways' and actually he was right, since they were obsoletes that a certain collector bought.
if this is his current policy, then he doesn't absolutely care about a couple customers less since there always be one.

recently..?
Did he ever have a good reputation? (IMG:[

back then they used to call him 'the salvage king' and was even banned by varst for that incident. then after a few time he started working in FS and most likely his reputation increased a bit. funny thing, mentioning that name when he still was around worked good to threaten him (IMG:[

meanwhile, his shop escalated little by little in what is today and he became the watchdog of FS... something like that.
