No offense but, how was that not obvious? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif) and that scarecrow technique isn't that useful, there are many workarounds to it, you just have to be creative, like bribing someone to buy something for you, or paying extra for things. Besides, I don't think it's possible to get scammed when selling (with COD) an item, so sellers would still negotiate with scammers.
