It's a somewhat unknown theme (just like th6 extra stage) with several similar melodic elements with the other theme, that's why I mixed them up. More details in the original post. It's an arrangement from one of the more well-known circles. So it's not one of those no-name youtube fan arrangements, but a track from an album that was sold during reitaisai/comiket/some big conventions.

I don't care about any rewards, but the only decent result I get with my knowledge, and that rings a bell for me, is the following one. And heck I can't listen to it anymore, it aged badly and gets on your nerves.
I haven't found anything else that isn't some unknown people's work. BTW, if you want to look harder, search "Touhou youkai komachi", "eastern youkai beauty" or "東方妖怪小町", because that's the track's name. I don't know if I can search in the lossless music collection (the one place every true Touhou music collector goes), and I don't want to bother, yet.

Not even the Touhou fans themselves are that knowledgeable usually. Unless they're really hardcore dedicated to music and they download and listen to it 24/7. Heck your average rock solid fan can't even tell you a full list of the "big" music circles. Ass Spanker did mention some I haven't even heard of, though Alice's Emotion and C-CLAYS are in my own playlists.
The list of circles is just hundreds of circles long, and even then there are plenty of people who have worked in several circles, causing confusion and having us mixing up circles and authors.
But yeah, pretty much extremely unlikely that any non-fan would have found. You'd need at least to know where to look up to have a small chance to get results, and even then it'd still require a bit of experience to tell the random unknown guy's work (like your 1586419th piano/rock take on whatever OST) apart from the more serious stuff.
PS: Nowadays, people would rather listen to Sound Holic or Akatsuki Records.

I would be surprised if you don't know Alstroemeria since the (arguably) most well-known TH arrangement - Bad Apple - came from them. SOUND HOLIC has been going strong since forever. I did listen to a lot of their stuff. Akatsuki Records are completely new to me though. I suppose they joined the scene after I stopped listening to TH stuff.

Akatsuki Records can be kinda hit or miss in my experience, but some of their stuff is great (e.g. Gotcha Gotcha, VENTEN, Necromantic, HANIPAGANDA, Trance Dance Party).

Unless you have adept learner maxed, nope. Only first xp perk is cheaper than last 25 levels of adept learner, all 3 next are more expensive than that. In loooonger term ahead though, of course they are useful.

You can earn credits by contributing to the website: you first earn GP and then sell for credits. Or you can just pay your way with H@H or stars.

H@H can run on the absolute most dog shit hardware. But you have to be comfortable with your laptop being on 24/7
