I spent a while reading this thread from the first post onwards -yes I'm fucking bored- and it is actually an interesting post about how different things seem to be regarding what being poor means, and how much things cost and stuff, probably due to inflation. I also think you get more credits in general from "playing" sources, but of course I know nothing.

Well, IMO, unlike in real world, there's no such thing as the cost to maintain living and healthy. so it's very unlikely to be any Absolute poverty （unable to stay alive with such income). So that only give us a picture of Relative poverty. so that leaves a lot of grey scale zone. And that is related to the ones you see and your goal.

I think you are very right.
I thought about this, compared to the first posts in the thread that talked about savings. I make about 250k credits a day of profit playing doing all arenas (huge bump when I reached level 300, and I assume soon at 400 I'll make a good chunk more) and about 500-750k gp in contributions a day, which I turn into credits when exchange feels right.

It makes for a decent income that allows me to pay for trainings and slowly getting slaughter bindings and whatnot. I also can pay cheap "non ideal" auction items so that my equips are not underleveled. I can pay for my progress, so I dont feel "poor".

But reading these threads you see people who make many millions a day with their hath farms. In comparison, I am beyond poor, but I dont think that is a fair assessment. I can just about play the game with my income.

how do you not spend hours in HV byza if you do all the arenas etc?
takes me like 30 min to do my highest one and its just the level 250 one

Under 1m (or 10m), no Repair Bear, Crystarium's not max yet, Dæmon Duality's under 3, maybe never and ever get Follower of Snowflake, slavering monsters are useless, luck is run out from looting equipment for selling or charity, crawling here, with not much Credit for charity, with no single yellow stars along with full cookies jar. Oh yes, I play a lot of HV right now. I have a slow job with a lot of useless pauses so I can either do vigilante work or play some arenas. (Nobody can see my pc, so no problems opening porn, lol). My average time played this month is about three hours a day.

It takes me 20 minutes on average to do the level 250 arena. The level 300 takes me 30 minutes. Im not a fast clearer and because I usually watch youtube videos or read emails while I play. I think you could improve your speed following advice from the Ask the experts thread. There are a lot of small improvements you can use.

Yeah the rare material rate is quite slow but the little materials here and there help with saving some credits. Then again only 7 monsters? Did you upgrade monsters instead of unlocking more slots by any chance? Even Uncle Stu told us here it was better to get more monsters, you didn't forget Uncle's teachings right? Mayhaps Byza-chan knows how locking the screen works? I’m more concerned for the off chance that Byza-chan might be using a connection controlled (and occasionally monitored) by the employer.

As for opening more monster slots whenever possible: If one simply wishes to maximize the profit, then sure. If one has enough income and commitment, then yes in most cases. But I’ve deliberately decided to keep my flock small (the number is above seven, though). I have periods when I can spend little or no time per day slaying monsters, yet wish to feel that each one of my own monsters has a personality, feels alive and familiar to me, and only rarely has to starve.

Snom needs 2 more pieces to complete it "Madness of Dancing in the Dark" set, and that piece is one of those 2 pieces. And Snom had just assumed that piece better than the current one. It costs all Snom's Credits. (TwT)
