there is a mechanism that if you do many RE per day, the chance of soul frags is lower. Could well be capped at 25 soul frags per day

Not 25, no. I have made at least 40/day a lot of times.

Anyway, about RE rewards wiki says :

High chance for a 5x Soul Fragment drop.

Capped at ~60/day; cap recovers by 1 every 2 hours.
Guaranteed drop if it's the first one within 24 hours.

I believe this info is accurate enough; it also implies that when you hit the cap, you should not keep doing REs for a while (if it is Soulfrags you are after), since it would need 10 hours minimum for the cap to recover 5 SF

EDIT : however, from my own experiences, I'd say the recover rate seems more like 1 every hour or even a bit more

I once made 70 and 75 in two consecutive days, so I tend to believe that there's no such thing as a cap; maybe it is just a static 50% chance to gain 5 soul fragments, unless it's the first RE on the day (or 47.8% to make the expected soul fragments per day equal to exactly 60). And if that's true, then there's only a 0.53% chance of receiving 25 or less than 25 soul fragments a day. And ya, the way to get out of the Scarlet Rot (Malenia) stamina cursed blessed by 10boru Tree (Erd Tree), is become a Tarnished (you have already know who) which helps your stamina is no longer Scarlet, by killing choosing the right ponies in any riddles to get their Runes and Great Runes for starting the new Age, the Age of Too Many Endings in the Verse Hentai (the Land Between).

Oh, an event in this club! Thank you Snom!

Well it seems hard to choose the right number, but I will give a try anyway. I will choose the number 342, and the reason: it is the level I'm currently at (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) and by tomorrow this reason no longer holds (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

Snom's Hidden achievement has been acquired by Volta-XTY for the first effort. The achievement: 100k Credits.

Dunno if one person can choose multiple numbers, but I will give another try anyway. Forgive me if the violates the rule (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) I suppose there's some difference between "one person choose a number" and "one person choose one number" XD

This time I will choose the number 872, for Snom's national Pokédex number is 872, and I will give it a try.

Whatever the result is, I believe the key hides in the range however (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool2.gif) the mysterious number 898. It would be really nice if the national Pokédex number fits exactly in the range 001-898, however it is actually 001-905, and I start to doubt myself while writing this post (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif) Hope the 898 is not a random number (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif)
