I can ask others but don't really have any other artist that my heart is set on. My bounty offer of 1 billion credits was peanuts compared to what I'd actually have paid. There are a couple anime artists that I'd pay car prices to, but I won't ask as I cannot defile anything they draw. Even if I was a girl I'd still be unworthy unless I spoke fluent Japanese.

I might have to be like normal guys and get a free, crappy vtuber girl model first. And pray to god my voice somehow works. If I don't sound like an idiot, maybe I can tempt someone to draw a vtuber for me. There is no guarantee the content on the internet that you want to access will remain there. There is a saying that goes "if it isn't on your hard drive, it doesn't exist."
In fact it goes even further, "if you don't have it backed up, it doesn't exist." If something is important to you, download it and back it up.
