You need to wait your turn until the option is unlocked for you. Right now it unlocks via account age, the older it is the faster it unlocks.

Not exactly unknown ... look at past years' Easter events (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)

As told also in the event thread's starting post, shrining one full set will give you one Tier-8 and 3 Tier-7 trophies.

To be shrined or sold or collected, as you wish.

You get the trophies sometime after the end of the event, probably on Tuesday. The trophies are sent whenever Tenboro gets around to it, which could be a few hours or possibly a day or two after the end of the event.
Each person can only receive one set of trophies, so shrining more than one set of vaccine vials will not get you any more trophies.

Clicked "Flee" button by mistake in The trio and the tree and End of days.
Both in the earlier rounds (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/dry.gif)

Find this line in Monsterbation:

Change it to true.
