step 1. you get the hath perk for 1000 hath
step 2. you wait for up to 24 hrs until the server is synchronized and the hath perk is activated
step 3. you go to the item shop in bazaar
step 4. you buy stuff in the item shop and notice that the prices are 10% lower than before

Step 1: you go to the item shop in bazaar and look for what you need - but you don't buy it
Step 2: you write down the costs of all you want, and multiply it by 0.9: this is the cost that it would cost with the coupon clipper perk
step 3: you go to the WTS section.
step 4: you select a WTS thread that says 'coupon clipper service'
step 5: you post a request in the tread
step 6: you MoogleMail that dude/girl the total amount of credits, taking into account the 10% discount, like you calculated in step 2
step 7: you get the stuff through mooglemail
Then there are other coupons:
silver / gold / platinum coupon - can be shrined or equipment in the shrine. You can get these on the first day of the month if you made it to one of the toplists in the last month. Generally, you get rubbish from shrining them. But one day, I'm sure, I will get a peerless from a coupon!
