The math is not going to land far from market price though. Like I've said, if there's any significant profit, people will buy and PA prices will go up until it (almost) matches.

Difference being it's still a gamble. You can land on either side of the bell curve, at least it isn't like vegas where you'll always lose in the long run.

There are imo just not enough possible outcomes to actually call it a gamble, like i said, when the numbers are high enough RNG does loose its meaning. And i still dont see that big profit i am suppose to loose by just shrine them all the time.


I mean highest price in WTB i can find is 22.2k so i dont see any profit at all by selling them.

I sell PAs@23k at WTS, and people do buy them.
There are who buy PA@22.5k+ @WTB. Just that you don't see everyday or that you don't pay attention.
It doesn't take mins to calculate which is more profitable. And it doesn't bother me to sell PAs instead of EDs, even though it's small profits.

Nothing to be serious about. But I'll do whatever is more profitable since I know it.

22.2k is what i see right now, and because i never did sell them i did never care, so actually a few minutes ago was the first time ever i actually did look prices for them up. So to me it is no surprise that i was okay with 28k, because never did care and so i didnt knew the prices. And okay you sell at WTS, but how many people actually do that? Most people will just sell them in the WTB.

I think you're making this too complicated. I want to shrine my artifacts instead of selling them, so I shrine and don't sell them. No need for complicated math. This is a game after all, and not business. (Doesn't mean I don't have fun doing some min-maxing in games, but I wouldn't force myself to play a way I don't want for it.)

Ehm, i did allways shrine my artifacts. This calculation up there made i for the first time ever. So i didnt complecated anything, it was just an answer to ihatenamingthings question. I mean if i would actually care about such things in the end, i hadnt just five away stuff for free with a worth of alltogether around, hm, let me calculate a bit. Wow, i guess i did sent stuff for around 12M over the time plus or minus 1 or 2 m, i didnt really keep track.

For my part, I consider that business needs to be profitable enough to net more than what one would net by just playing the game for the same amount of time.
So doing that thing with EDs and PAs... clearly not worth it. By the time one toyed around with that, I made dozens of thousands of credits, chaos tokens and a few Mag+ drops.

This week I spent 4 golden tickets in the four pots that I really want (two max, 2 half of max) and I barely got one of the last chaos token prize. And I have joined 9 pots with each 10-25% with Do Not Want and I never appear in the consolation prize, what happens to my tickets LOL

bad luck man, but even if you don't want the equipment and you only care about the chaos tokens or more golden tickets, i wouldn't waste them on pots that have less than 200k tickets in
or if you want tokens that much, you could invest in tokenizer 1 and just play the game

that's the thing i was referring to, there hasn't been that many good pieces on the lotteries lately, i wouldn't consider that piece as good, if you're going for shade it should be a shadowdancer piece, or a fleet one if you aren't picky, or just buy one decent one from auctions, they aren't that expensive, though low-leveled ones would be scarce

Yes, I have guessed. It's funny that I have won one time a consolation prize with 0.1% last month when I don't really care about the lottery and now I do care and after I dumped my credits nothing came out from it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/anime_cry.gif)
