In this particular case, it is most likely that the buyer hasn't seen your PM / MM. I suggest you send a new MM with some items, and set he CoD to that 1m that he owes you.

If that person has login record and ignored PM you sent (determined by message tracker), certainly you need help from mods. Lets see if that person still ignore mods' PM. If so, feel free to expose that username with evidence.

Did he read your PM or just let it unopened? You can know it if you have enabled message tracker. Anyway that's make him no excuse of any miscommunication, user can get pop-up notice from any new PM received.

What I mean is just the capscreen of the MM that he forgot to set CoD and items have been taken as free. You don't even need any aggressive accusation regarding it. Is this behavior forbidden? How?

Guys, it quite easy.

- feel free to discuss anything and any member, just as long as it is no flaming. No bad-mouthing, no cursing, no name-calling. But you can name names if it is in good spirit and with the best intentions.

- I have looked at this case before. Thing is, the seller didn't set COD, while the buyer made it absolutely clear that COD was mandatory. Seller could have know that this buyer didn't have the time to look at each individual MM he receives. Sadly, buyer is not very responsive at times. Many sellers must often wait weeks for response / acceptance of MM.

That's it from mod perspective.

And it is very likely to be happened for some big buyers.

If you don't want to do whatever you can: in order to force them reply you, all you can do is just wait, or ask for any other contact method which might expose the username anyway.

today i sent one last PM - asked to return my items.
if i get them back - good, if not - i paid 990k for inattention.

done and forgotten.
