you know you can ask back for the money, if the user doesn't want to pay it, you can notify a mod or something, 1m is not a small amount
there was a bit of a controversy similar for a wrongly sent MM worth only 30-40k, that led to the non-paying person getting banned from shops for refusing to pay, and this person banning everyone that banned him in his shop

There was once I bought 1600+ mid-cloth from a catgirl. The listed price was 400each, and his MM charged me 550each as I noticed later. I asked he if he could return the difference, but he read the MM and ignored it.
Then I decided I would never ever go to that shop again.

Very very rarely, but some people ask for my averages from time to time.

I did bazaar my average force shields for my part. I'm keeping only things like average shade of shadowdancer/arcanist and average power of protection/slaughter.
