QUOTE(yami_zetsu @ Aug 30 2018, 02:57) agree, getting level 500 equipment is only for people reaching 400, the good side is that you can get moderately good stuff for a lower price, I guess that's what captivated PersonaFan, but what good is a piece you won't use for months, maybe a year+ which reminds me I got this for 700k Err, not exactly. It is more a matter of "what if I did drop such a thing in the near or less near future" and "what if I did get something way better". I did purchase a Lvl500 shield because I managed to get it for a very low price and I know that the chances of me obtaining one similar to it are extremely low. Even if I did drop one, I'd still soulfuse the Lvl500 one once I reach Lvl400 and sell the lower level one, which in the end guarantees a big benefit. I do have done some purchases that proved to be a bit useless... but it's more because of the market being always more demanding than anything else. [ alt.hentaiverse.org] Legendary Ethereal Shortsword of Slaughter (I have 2 Peerless shortswords) [ alt.hentaiverse.org] Legendary Ethereal Wakizashi of the Nimble and [ alt.hentaiverse.org] Legendary Ethereal Wakizashi of the Nimble (I bought the Peerless Hallowed not long ago) And a few longswords (I got a PELS and a PALB) But on the other hand I still have a fairly decent stock of things that have yet to be outclassed aswell. So all in all, it's quite difficult to tell if what you're about to buy is the right thing to do or not. Level and time to reach the soulfuse level, alone, aren't enough to take a decision.

Oh yeah, about collecting high level peerless, don't forget that they require double the soul fragments. You need up to 3000 fragments to soulfuse a peerless. For most low level players that will ruin their plan, especially if they want to soulfuse multiple equipment. I have almost 9000 soul fragments, but that is because I only soulfused one equipment in my whole life so far. QUOTE(Uncle Stu) It is even worse. He want now only Peer as new equipment. When i see how fast i was outbiden today i cant see that working. Not that i think i could convince him. Wow, the same person who won the Peerless Savage Shoes of Slaughter for over 200m is also going to win the Peerless Savage Shoes of Protection just a couple weeks later. He really wants a lot of shoes. He is so rich he stomps us all into the ground. Maybe if I crawl to the ground and kiss his shoes, can I get some good reward? Please step on me master. Haha.

I didn't know that I might need up to 3000 soul fragments to soulfuse a peerless but as for me if I will do that or not on my peerless armor then the answer is going to be a no. I have almost 2000 soul fragments which I have yet to use on any equipment. I was interested in savage prefix power armor until I decided to buy a non-savage peerless power armor. I like my equipment to match so if I find more peerless armor then they can't be savage either. I'm thinking of soulfragging the legendary power armor that I have which is very similar to my peerless so I can use it quicker. This post has been edited by PersonaFan08: Aug 30 2018, 19:05

Well, a peerl do cost at least 1k soul fragments when you dont have to use additional fragments because of been lower in level.

I'm still poor in credits despite gaining thousands of credits recently because I only have 284,000+ credits but now I have 15 soul fragments because the magnificent force shield that I soulfuse wanted 1500 soul fragments.
I was wrong when I said that shield was level 348 because it's actually level 347.
I was shocked because of that but everything except block chance and attack base damage dramatically increased which is great.
I'm disappointed in this magnificent force shield slightly because soulfragging it to my level apparently dropped the block chance by 2% which only makes it 2% instead of 4% better in block chance against my former exquisite force shield that I have been using until today.
I'll be here for a little longer while because I'm going with Uncle Stu's advice of recommending me to forge the shit out of it's block chance and it's going to costly in the amount of catalysts that I need.

So you dont even look at the base stats? Well, that you did buy stuff way above your level was not smart before, but when you dont even look at the base stats it is borderline stupid. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) Allways check the base stats. A shield with "higher" block but lower base stat is not better but worse.

You should listen to Uncle, he's absolutely right. Always make sure to check out the base, especially as you level up, you may replace a shield with something that has only a 0.5% block chance, or even lower!

You will be incredibly glad you spent the money to forge it it. It cost me over a million credits to forge mine all nice and shiny, but holy fuck the difference it made. It was shortly after I purchased and forged my force shield that I realized I could start playing on PFUDOR 100% of the time. So yeah, it's a good investment.

Thanks for giving me a ballpark number on how much it might cost me to forge it.

And before i forget this. Remember the coupon clipper and save some credits. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif) QUOTE(PersonaFan08 @ Sep 4 2018, 06:11) What do you mean by base stats?
The base stats. Those that never get changed by level. Or you make your life even easier and just use the script Live Percentile Ranges. This post has been edited by Uncle Stu: Sep 4 2018, 06:23

The mag force shield unlike the exquisite force shield before it has more than two pabs. It has better physical/magical mitigation, lower interference and burden. It also has better primary attributes as well. I'm guessing that any of these things that I mentioned must be the base stats that you're talking about. You really dont know what the base stats are. Well this is scary. I wonder how many people also dont know and just buy stuff because it "looks" better. Ehm, yes and know. We are talking about the base stats of all of them. When you look at this equipment here. https://hentaiverse.org/equip/170603804/0d1b5dfed0And you hover your mouse cursor above any stat, like lets say, damage. It tells you Base: 44.96. This is the base stat of its damage. This doesnt changes now matter what level it has. But, and here comes a big but, it changes when you upgrade it. And that is also a reason why i suggest to use the Live Percentile Ranges. And why i allways ignored every equipment that was upgraded in any way in an auction, because i could no longer trust the base stats.

hold your mouse over any stat to see it's base, the base values determine the stats you get when you soulfuse, or just simply trust on the scripts to see the percentage of the values in the range of the wiki; for example a legendary force shield has a block base of min 35.64 (0%) and a max of 38.52 (100%) but you didn't know that? (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) what did you think were those values shown on the auctions? also ninjaed This post has been edited by yami_zetsu: Sep 4 2018, 09:35
