no, you accord to another player how much and how you want to repay, obviously, you have to be regular player/poster for you to be trustworthy to loan in the first place, we all can see each other's level and date when we signed on this site

clearly it's a *virtually* negative balance. you and the loaner know it is this way, but the system uses only positive credit balances

Still, if I ever buy FoS or DD9 I could try buying 50000 Hath at once to drive hath prices up 500 credits in one fell swoop!
