I guess there is a formula somewhere in the wiki. But iirc it was really bad explained so i ignored it just completly. But PL 300 that is very low. Do you still remember when monster did start to get a spirit bar? That is around PL 400. So... (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Also i have even a PL 1311 Monster that i can myself encounter, until now two confirmed sightings by myself. So it shouldnt be impossible to encounter one of them. |

Edit : As for spirit bar, I already meet monsters with it, you just have to play of high difficulty.
