I figured that after reducing difficulty_mod from like max 20 or so, down to 2 that something else would be increased to compensate. Because supposedly after the 0.85 change, high level players had a harder time than before on low difficulty (difficulty_mod 1).

I've double checked. The wiki's formula is obsolete. I'll fix it tomorrow.

Monster health scaling was changed. Above level 100 it will shift more from difficulty to monster level, scaling up from 1x at level 100 to 4x at level 500. Max difficulty modifier was reduced from 8x to a 2x. Base health from endurance was reduced from 6 per point to 5 per point.

Are you sure the revised formula is correct, or did you just copy Tenboro's description? Just curious. The thing I currently find questionable is that monster_level is now in the formula twice. I'll take another look at it soon. Oh and I remembered the old difficulty_mod wrong, Tenboro wrote it used to be maximum 8.

I did check it to the extent I could. I've made calculations with a few PL2250 monsters I've met in battle, and so far my results are correct. For example, I found out that "President Donald Trump" would be Fortitude rank 16, according to that formula. But Jenga still hasn't confirmed if it was the case.

Feel free to confront this formula to what you meet.
