Now bleed is almost kind of usable but there are probably always better options.
Bleed is apparently hard to balance but maybe fixed in 1.0 or maybe in 1.3 expansion when ninten is rebalanced.
What was it like btw? I heard it's an instant 1 dot damage/proc instead of 2 dot/5 stacks. Who'll work on hv 1.0? His grandkids lol?
Reasonable i think. Run the numbers, it's all about constant damage in total - not huge damage in few mobs. In my case, it's 7.5k * number of mobs * 5 ticks/7 (could be better, dang swift strike), doubled when using spirit stance. Maximum 53k or 106k in stance per turn, with bleed alone. It keeps ticking even with failed attacks, compared with pa which its effectiveness drops right to zero. (Again, i'm not talking about 1h & its awesome counter in this case). The problem is that the 5th stack is kinda wasted since they're almost dead by then.
I heard that tenboro'd change spirit stance, forcing people to utilize overcharge for skills instead of mindless run. That's what i call fair, i'm gladly looking forward to it. But of course i'd be upset if i play for credits & pick 1h like manybody else.
