we cannot check it, and i don't see how it could help. there's the chance he didn't read the forum (only saw the bazaar), he read it and ignored it, or whatever else.
what each of us can do (at his/her/its discretion, but i'd be glad whenever someone spent a couple of seconds this way (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) ) is to alert people about such gears that are on bazaar like juggy santa did, but knowing from the start this also means higher chance for everyone to read.

Pointless. Legendaries don't stay for long enough, they take longer to disappear from the bazaar than the rest, and if they stay anyway it's because they're Lvl500 shit.
