On the last PFest rounds. Actually makes me clear 8-12 turns faster each round. Normal monsters in arena or earlier rounds can be punched to death in 1.5-2 turns so I don't bother.

Some monsters can be 1-hit but not many. So 1.5 turns.

I go elemental 0.68 so I don't know much about 1 factor style

Using non-imperil since 2-3 years ago to now,it's truely exist,but mainly for low difficulty(may changed to for players below lv400 now),can be faster and need less mana potions but needs more defences and damage.


And the best part is you can play like melee,just hover,no need to stop and imp every monster.

Works like this:

Very strong Holy mage or Dark mage can play without imperil. They need prof factor 1.0 for that. However:

It has been reported that Dark + Imperil, with prof. factor 0.8, is a little bit better / faster that Dark no-imperil with 1.0 prof factor. So if you are not Very Strong, play imperil. If you are Very Strong, do as you please.

For holy, no-imperil is the way to go. That is because that holy spells also reduce defense. So if you play holy, go for 1.0 prof factor. If you play not-so-good-gear-holy, then Imperil will help you (but you would be better of playing elemental mage).

Honestly, I only started playing after I had done three over-inflated bounties, so I didn't noticed that credits dropped during battle at all, and I never even thought about worrying about buying anything I wanted from the moment I started playing. I thought the main point of the game was to absorb extra credits from things unrelated to the game, to encourage people to contribute more to the site.

But, since I can't afford a gold star, still I still poor?
