I sell health draughts for 1~2k per week.

If I buy 10000 spirit draughts and "use up" them for several months I'll probably end up with several tens of thousands of them in my inventory (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)

That's the point. A decent 1H build gives you more draughts than you use. Last time I bought health and spirit draughts (around 20 or 30k) was when I was around level 200 and now I have 30k each. Maybe I should give them away (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)

ALL_MIGHT, yeah I don't like Spirit Shield that much either. But I think as we get higher level it will be more useful. (To some people it is already great at our level, but not for me). Even if you leave your IA3 empty it's not a waste because it reduces your mana costs.

Zeo, being higher level plus your IA5 greatly reduces mana/upkeep costs. Lower level players struggle with mana and spirit drain. I've never bought draughts or potions myself, always stockpiled them since a beginner, but I don't use normal builds. Right now I'm all plate and almost no shield, so have low interference.

Bought a new Legendary Mithril Buckler of Protection (peerless burden and interference) to replace my current Legendary Mithril Buckler of Protection (also peerless burden and interference) but I can't use it for a while, which is fine since it gives me time to item world and rename. I'm back to being broke after buying a Legendary Demonic Wakizashi of Slaughter too.

You forgot that Soul Frags cannot be MM'ed (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)

You can only sell to Bazaar, for 3000 it gives you enough to buy a superior, perhaps (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

New shield is good, with 93% block. Mithril prefix is worst prefix.
Old shield is awful with -111% block. Mithril prefix is worst prefix.

go for a top tier Mag -x- Rapier of Slaughter. Make sure it has a prefix, and really good Mag ADB.

Worst idea ever. They are untradeable, very slow to accumulate, cost 900 credits each to buy, and only sell for 1 credit each.

It's like putting the cart before the horse. Soulfusing a Leg usually takes 1k-1k5 fragments unless you can find a very good piece below your level, else it still takes at least a little above 500. So when you sell fragments, you are exchanging several weeks worth of time for some small credits no more than 3000.

I'm poor but have gotten nice drops that I build my equipment sets around. Oddball stuff works great if matched well, and is cheaper because no one wants them. I tried to send you soul fragments but it didn't work. Oh nooo!! (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

Well, at least I can still feed my monsters. I stored up some food and crystals for them. Before I joined the forum, back when I was level 100 to 200, I didn't know about rationing supplies. So I just bought as many crystals from the bazaar as I could afford and kept stuffing my monsters even when they had full morale. They almost starved to death during the 3 months I was between levels 210 and 250, doing item world (makes no money) on my Legendary Demonic Rapier of Slaughter which soon needs to be replaced (stat rolls are too poor to be soulfused, yet still too valuable to be soulfused).

I specialized in DW before I switched to 1H near level 250, so I'm used to it. Wakizashi of nimble/balance is preferred for offhand but wakizashi of slaughter can work. I have a set of 3 superior demonic wakizashi of slaughter/balance/nimble I used from level 50 to 250. This wakizashi is so much more damaging than my rapier that I am considering using them backwards (waki in main, rapier in offhand).

Toss that garbage shield. Anything below 35 block is bad, but below 33 is embarassing.

If you want a cheap shield you have to use leg kite, leg buckler of barrier or mag force.

Blame those who are going wild around these forums and keep advising "soulfuse", "soulfuse", "soulfuse".
I'm wondering if people do realize that it takes more than 100 REs to collect the 500 fragments, and that when it's soulfused you can't selll back the equipment.

And yeah, to gather up the fragments you need can take a while. So? If you never use them what is the point when you want better equipment? You will never use their full potential. Temptation to soulfuse my rapier is high, but from reading the old posts of veteran players, I know that if I soulfuse this rapier he will be deleted one day. I would use this rapier for a long time and upgrade it a lot, then when I get a better rapier this guy gets salvaged for materials and is no more. I have a lot of soul fragments doing nothing, but they could be used quickly and efficiently if I manage to purchase just one or two high level equipments, since it costs up to 1500 soul fragments.

By not soulfusing this rapier, other level 200 players could benefit from its power far into the future. I was thinking of loaning it out like ST-Ru does one day, except I haven't figured out how to do it with the rapier because someone is going to eventually steal it (ST-Ru's stuff all gets stolen eventually).
