The sort of catalyst does change the more you upgrade something, so you cant upgrade a Mag with just Diluted FYI.

Using Spirit Shield has greatly increased my Spirit Draught Costs (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/mad.gif)
(And if i Don't use it my 3rd Innate Arcana Slot becomes useless (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) )

You can get more than 10000 spirit draughts with just one day worth of credits and it should take you at least several months to use up those 10000 (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/blink.gif)

SS makes SoL trigger much less frequently. With SS, I don't even need SoL for my 1H build so I don't need to care about healing. Just some Regen now and then is enough and I can concentrate on bashing the monsters.

And when you use spirit shield you heal much less frequently, and just use a spirit draught every once in a while. Same goes for mana draughts BTW.
Casting Cure should be occasional.

I have all 5 innate arcanas unlocked, and i use protection, spirit shield, and spark of life. And my mana still regenerates faster than it drains...
I have to cast regen roughly 7 or 8 times before I need to use a single mana draught, depending upon my luck with channelling EDIT: And gem drops (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

If I buy 10000 spirit draughts and "use up" them for several months I'll probably end up with several tens of thousands of them in my inventory (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)
