Noodles wouldn't be great for you anyways. They randomly generate quality, prefix, suffix, etc. You would have to go through 100+ odd noodles to get a full set of gear with the right prefix/suffixes.

You'd be far better off just buying the gear you want from the WTS section. There are a lot of shops that offer freebies to players under level 310 who don't have a gold star.


Re: monster lab
High level monsters is a really expensive long term investment. You are FAR better off only getting your monsters to power level 25 and giving them a name.

Then, when morale drops, you can give them a couple xtals to boost it back into the green, instead of using happy pills.
DO NOT let your monster's power level exceed 248. If you do, you will no longer be able to delete it, and it'll start eating the more expensive monster edibles, instead of monster chow.
Once your monster is PL248 with low morale, just delete it and create a new monster. Wash rinse repeat.

If you're like me and you don't like deleting your monsters (thus losing all the xtals you've invested) then you will have to be prepared to feed them monster edibles, or start using happy pills (1500c each).
It's also worth noting the morale drain rate of monsters from PL250 to PL749 is reduced by 2x.
I've not done the maths to work put the cheapest option between the 3 methods (delete/repeat, pills, or edibles). This may be a question better put in the ask the experts thread, if you're interested

+21 in holy/dark mitigation
+16 in cold mitigation
+12 in fire/elec/wind mitigation

I know, thanks, and I've been doing that quite a bit since passing lvl. 100 - still, sometimes frees & drops are just not right, and I have to buy. Here your first gift has come in very handy, and I'm trying to go slow on it, to save the greater part when my level will be around 250 and I'll start to use mainly Mag (now I use mainly Sup, with the occasional Exq or Avg to fill the holes).

My three babies are all in PL30-35 range, and since number of xtal to feed scales with their lvl, there comes a point eventually when feeding happy pills will cost less then xtals, but that point apparently is around PL 250 or so. There is time to think what to do (and to see how they fare, basically if they return enough to pay for themselves and leave a bit more).

I've not done the maths for the most cost efficient level to stop at. All I know is that PL 250 is the point of no return.

Personally, all my monsters are between 25 and 248, except for the two I am actively working on (1500 and 1300) who eat cuisine. I hate having to feed too many edibles monsters...

I've had almost no time for HV lately and things seem to be staying that way for few more weeks, perhaps longer (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cry.gif)

At least I'll be able to make some money once I have time to play, but for now, just few REs occassionally (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/faint.gif)

I was below 40,000 credits a few days ago, before clearing Triple Trio and the Tree gave me my last significant credits boost. I have no idea how I will make enough for my monsters to eat from now on, as I still struggle to make even 10,000 credits a day in arenas. I sometimes wonder if my game isn't bugged and other people are playing a different game.

Just now I cleared pfudor End Game arena 50, and the total credits gained was 6,000 credits, and total equipment dropped the whole arena was one Average Cotton Shoes. I don't understand how other people can drop Legendaries every few days. I have not seen a Legendary drop for the past 70 levels playing on mostly pfudor.

Play Random Encounters, the drop rate on these is the same of final rounds of arenas (quite high).

This is the main way to get some legendaries.
The other one is to play so many rounds to get some rng luck, but that costs Energy Drinks (5-10k/stamina (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/heh.gif) )

Around 250-320 level is hardest period of the game: you have opened most arenas, got all clear bonuses, your monsters are still low, your equipment is fairly bad, etc,etc - everyone came through this.
What you should:
1. Start looking for better equipment. On your level legendary/magnificent should be. Usually, it is hard to find equipment that perfectly matches your levels, but you can easily find good equipment with 50+ levels more than yours, then buy it and start collecting SoulFragments to soulfuse it and make it your level.
2. Once you got good equipment, start increasing your difficulty. Cleaning arenas at higher difficulties brings you more credits and better drop.
3. Start checking WTB thread and send all your useless stuff to buyers (scrolls, infusions, vases, trophies from bosses and schoolgirls, etc) - this is best credit income. You can use Superlatanium's SmartSearch script that helps you to find best buying/selling prices. Once again, do not hold trash - sell it.
4. If you got Magnificent shield/staff/cotton/phase - salvage it for HGW (costs ~8,000) or HGC (costs ~17,000).
5. Once you got enought money, go to training and start train Scavenger, Quatermaster, Archeologist, Luck of Draw - those four are increasing your drop chances. Ask Experts what you should concentrate more, because this is not easy thing to decide and opinions here are scarce.
6. When you will open lsst three arenas, you will find great source of income - cleaning last three arenas and selling all trophies to buyers. IMHO, this is best income. Oh, and also doing 5-token RoB. Noodle trophy costs ~40,000 so you can easily get that much per day.

That is pretty much all.

As for legendaries. Well, I have all drop trainings at max (all but last archelogist) and it is a big fortune if I can get one legendary in three days. Some people just spending too much time, doing grindfest after grindfest - so, of course, with 4,000 rounds in day with 8-10 monsters per round they would get one or few legendaries =)

To get more frequent Leg drops, you will need to invest a lot of credits in training (and luck, if you can increase it). If you're playing 1H, your priority should a Leg Shield. You can probably bulldoze your way through all arenas at PFUDOR with a forged Force.
Clearing all arenas up to Eternal Darkness at PFUDOR should give you at least 120k raw credits, 90k if IWTBH. Sell all your trophies to blackjac, that's another 500-1000k/week.

Thanks for all the advice. I see, my training is not enough. I have Scavenger 10, Luck 5, Quartermaster 4, Archaeologist 2. Does Quartermaster increase quality of equipment as well as quantity? I've had no money my whole life, pumping it all into training and monsters. I never had more than 400,000 credits which I just used to buy crystals to reawaken my 3 month dead monsters, dropping me to nothing.

I noticed End of Hope's legendary drop log was impressively frequent even at my level, and all from RE, so I've been trying that too, but no luck yet.

I can beat all Arenas and Ring of Blood comfortably on PFUDOR, but it takes me a long time as I only click once per second (this is the max on Firefox). I tried to speed up my clicks but Mikuru Asahina killed me (Spark --> click --> dead). I only do one or two Arenas a day. My stamina rarely goes below 99. I know Chrome is much faster so I may install that sometime.

I've been playing mostly on PFUDOR since I was level 160. On the day 0.85 patch came the game suddenly got easy for beginners, and legendaries rained out of the sky for me. The only ones I've ever gotten. I'm using a legendary shield with 25% block. Not stat roll, actual block percentage, I know it sucks. :3
