In my opinion, anything below 3m is poverty (I could only get above once, and for a few minutes (IMG:[

Below
3m is poverty?
Damn rich folk like you don't know what poverty is.
I say anything below 40k is poverty.
That's when level 5 on Archaeologist is nothing more than a pipe dream.
That's when you yearn for an energy drink just so you can buy a few measly crystals to help your army of 2 monsters get the will to soldier on.
That's when you use a calculator to figure how many moldy health draughts you can buy to fight just one battle and die miserably on the next to the last round.
3m.... (IMG:[

QUOTE(redphil @ Jun 5 2016, 22:14)

Ahh come on... You remember the day every credit went to training.
When you would watch every round to see if you were up to 146,890 credits to get a "6/20".
And as soon as you got there.... boom!... you were back down to 126 credits only to yearn for "7/20" for a mere 218,388 credits.
Yeah... you remember. (IMG:[

style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)
Now "that's" poverty!
QUOTE(ppp82p @ Jun 5 2016, 22:30)

Poverty is when one single piece of equipment is worth ten time your budget.
Poverty is when you are close to lv 400 and you haven't even 1m credits.
Poverty is when you want to do something and you don't have the funds.
Misery is bad (IMG:[

QUOTE(Basara Nekki @ Jun 5 2016, 22:38)

I think reasonable, after all, everything is very expensive in this game (a single unit may not, but we need several to upgrade). It is a value that gives to survive from day to day, but you can not invest high in a single item.
So I'll try to improve my idea ::
below 1m ---> very poor
between 1m and 3m ---> poor
between 3m and 10m ---> middle class (ranging from low to high)
between 10m and 30m ---> rich
above 30m ---> very rich
And this only in terms of credits (excluding hath and GP).
I am also not considering amounts already invested in upgrade, purchase of equipment, training and perks hath purchased.

Ping problem
insufficient cash
poor gears
bad luck
I think these pretty much makes me a poor player in general

QUOTE(LOL50015 @ Jun 6 2016, 07:47)

Would I dare ask, how in the world would be in the giving end?
Edit:
And how people who are interested in the financial state of HV players, here's a poll I made on player income:
https://forums.e-hentai.org/index.php?showtopic=191919Its not wholly accurate but it might give a rough picture on what is poor.
I'd say anyone in the bottom 25th percentile is poor, which means 100k and below.
QUOTE(LOL50015 @ Jul 26 2017, 02:59)

If his money is insufficient to maintain the lifestyle he wants, then I guess you could say he's poor, in the context of HV and this thread at least. Since the amount of people in HV actually stuck in a poverty trap is almost nonexistant.
QUOTE(as013 @ Jul 26 2017, 16:54)

Max was 44M for gold star, then BOOM. Back to 2M.
Gold star with only credits from HV is still poor.
Bought one from blackjac at 42M just 1 month ago. But he seems to increase the price to over 50M now that BTC value is getting higher.
QUOTE(End Of All Hope @ Jul 27 2017, 17:44)

I see a lot of incorrect statements in this thread (IMG:[

style_emoticons/default/duck.gif)
Making a sum of all the credits you've spent doesn't give you a correct output of your income.
Sure you spent 100+ m, maybe even 300.
But now think...if you didn't invest or spend a single credit from the start, how many credits will you have?
Hardly a tenth, probably less. Depending on how many hours you play.
Equipment and perks don't determine if a person is rich or poor.
But how much credits such person can make with those instruments.
Or doing nothing at all.
A person making 50-100 hath/day without moving a finger is rich.
A person with fully upgraded endgame gear doing millions per day in one hour or two is rich.
A person with a gold star, basic perks, 30m worth of equipment, doing 200-300k a day playing a couple of hours...is this rich?
Nah, it's miserable (IMG:[

And more, and more, and more.
