Firefox - No Reloader - Blinking
Firefox - Reloader - No Blinking

Chrome - No Reloader - Blinking
Chrome - Reloader - No Blinking

Internet Explorer - No Reloader (and you can't have it anyway) - No Blinking

My t/s is above 3.5 in all three.
Shitty italian connection (besides ping 1-10 ms then 0.7 mb up 7 mb down)
