Yes. And I'm surprised only hc br was going for it in the end, and surrended beyond the 3m threshold.
ALL of its stats are uber-op from a 1H standpoint.

90% ADB (L-0.89)
98% Parry (L-0.04)
82% Crit Chance
60 or 80%? PA (is it 20~25 for L? or 22.5~25?)
81% STR
81% DEX
37% AGI --> and this is VERY good for 1H, the lower the better

And I'm still surprised about the bid the ethereal one got. Ok it's ethereal and all want ethereal, but look at its stats. Subpar parry, even more subpar STR, meh DEX, almost LMax AGI (bad for 1h), no burden (again bad for 1h unless you're using mag plate and kite shield (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) ), subpar Crit Chance. Okay good PA and ADB, but it's not enough for a good rapier (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/ohmy.gif)
