I don't know if I'm just not playing anywhere NEAR enough or playing horribly wrong... but I've been at HentaiVerse for a good several years now and level progress has ground to a halt. I can't ever get any ring of blood tokens so it makes it hard to make money, and the next arena is not for 23 levels which may be another 6 months at this rate. (IMG:[ i.imgur.com] https://i.imgur.com/QECqXE3.png) I usually do the daily bonus, and 2 random fights per day. Occasionally when I'm super bored I'll grind out weapons or grindfest.

Well, if it is faster level-up you want there's a couple of things you could do: 0. Use Monsterbation script 1. Buy gold star (helps a lot!) 2. Get a shield with decent block, preferably a force shield, and a rapier. And go 1h heavy style.

The less thoughtful and probably easiest ヽ(*・ω・)ノ and most rewarding thing to do is go 1H + Shield. Also arenas sometimes.
Playing 2H with Heavy is complicated business.

You dont need to be rich. All you need is patience and a bit of love doesnt hurt. Let me show you. (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/happy.gif)

For those of you who play Mage with Imperil, how do you use Monsterbation shortcuts to speed up the rounds?
Right now I'm clicking mouse to load up Imperil and casting it on sets of 3 monsters each typing in the monster number each time, then hovering to cast spells, but I imagine there must be something to speed things up more than that.

QUOTE startRoundWithHover = false, // have hoverplay active at the beginning of each round
hoverAction = Strongest([Cast('Ragnarok'), Cast('Disintegrate'), Cast('Corruption')]), // Dark spell rotation hoverShiftAction = Strongest([ToggleHover, Cast('Imperil')]), // single cast of Imperil
Bind(KEY_Z, ToggleHover); Bind(KEY_Z, Shift, ToggleHover);
Round starts, you move mouse to monster 2, left hand [shift + z], then hover to monster 5, left hand [shift + z], then hover to monster 8, left hand [shift + z], then press [z] and start spell rotation. Great thing is this is the only way that prevents you from imperiling yourself to death, as hover-shift will be suspended in case of low health. And it's fast.

Could be worth, i guess. Is this good fighting style for "Heavy tank" equipment?

I don't know about DW with Heavy but by all means no. 57% parry alone without any evade for defense is too reckless. Maybe you might want to change all to light/shade or change offhand to shield

Very comfortable for me (IMG:[ invalid] style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) CODE hoverShiftAction = Strongest([Cast('Imperil')]), CODE Bind(KEY_Z, Strongest([TargetMonster(1), Cast('Imperil')])); Bind(KEY_X, Strongest([TargetMonster(4), Cast('Imperil')])); Bind(KEY_C, Strongest([TargetMonster(7), Cast('Imperil')]));

Thanks yeah that definitely helped. I still use melee styles so I'll probably make two Monsterbation scripts and toggle between the two to save tims

a bit of INT is useful as cheap SP points - which means usually a slightly longer spirit stance. effect is not that big, but still it's a small chunk of EXP you're sinking, so it's fine. in case of dexter it's indeed a bit high, but he may have done it to reach a certain value and then not touch it anymore.

  Level 256, currently playing as a 1H/buckler with Shade/Leather armor set. Finally able to play PFUDOR on RE/Arenas comfortably, especially after getting this Legendary Tempestuous Rapier of Balance from the auction last week. Does it look good? Any other tips I should know about?

Also, Rapier of balance is more useful to DW than to 1H, imo.
