Spirit Shield formula is weird. I studied it a few weeks ago in Ask the Experts and I was quite satisfied with my observations.
Spirit Shield formula uses base SP (no abilities) but max HP (with abilities).
Therefore it's extremely helpful to increase your SP with abilities. It's still helpful to increase your HP with abilities due to the complex way the formula works, but it's not as critical.

Yup. Increasing the SP Tank Ability is indeed useful. As for the HP, it is a double edged sword. More HP mean more resistance to hits that are weaker than the Spirit Shield threshold, like non-skill attacks. But it also means that the threshold of SS would be higher, and less damage will be effectively filtered. In the end more HP is still better since it's quite the same for defense but saves you some SP.

Your stats look good to me. I'm usually at 99 stamina myself, although my connection got much faster lately for unexplained reasons so if I want to I can play more now.
If they are good quality you should hollowforge both your weapons though to gain void damage and void strike.

Well, I held out as long as I could, but I finally made the switch to mage. Arenas are now twice as fast and REs take only a few seconds. PFUDORfest is still pretty damn hard. I was using scrolls by round 200 and was spamming potions and cures so hard that I just retreated at round 750 on my first attempt. Switching to IWBTH made it infinitely easier, though. Started using scrolls from round 500 onwards, far less potion / cure spam than PFUDOR and a full clear is almost twice as fast as with my melee. So, any advice from veteran holy mages on further optimizing this build? Aside from more upgrades and proficiency, of course. (equipment linked in sig)
