I don't think it's a good idea to invest directly in that.
The LHOH was bad, but the PAOH is unmatching. Not much better than the LHOH, if not worse.

For Holy mage it's​ very hard (expensive) to improve magic score. Radiant phase will do nicely, especially fully forged. And a near peerless staff. But remember that charged is good against incoming damage, and cast speed isn't included in magic score.

Way too much STR for a mage, reallocate those EXP to INT and WIS. Also, you're only about halfway done with your prof grind, which kind of cripples your Counter-Resist & mitigation reduction (--> prof_factor)
