Well, yes and no. Total stats are always way higher than the base ones, but your distribution is wasteful.
Keeping DEX ≠ 0,5 STR (Exp used not effective stat) is ADB-wasteful
Keeping AGI and WIS ≠ 0,25 END (same, exp) is Mitigation-wasteful
WIS can be dropped behind past a certain level though (400~500 effective value), since MMi is less important at that point (with light armor even more, since you already have huge resist chance), AGI too, but not for Light Armor, since it boosts your Evade.
