I don't think you need that much INT, if you want more MP, go raise WIS
To increase the healing from Cure, Regen etc, raise their AP and your proficiency for Cure

IMO you should stop pumping your AGI...
As 1H you would like to have minimal attack speed and evade as they both detrimental for counter attack playstyle...
So you should keep your total AGI the same as your Lv. or less to get 0% Atk speed and 0% evade (3% with Godslayer title)...
If you need the extra survivability, just cast haste or shadow veil...

As for INT for melee, the benefit of adding INT to inc. your base SP is too small because Spirit Shield is calculated by % of your base SP...
So adding INT or keep it to 0 have little difference in the end...

Also, IW10 your weapon...

I have a few suggestions. For dual wielding, use light armor for better defense. The evasion is a big deal. Also use a wakizashi/shortsword/rapier in the off hand for more parry. You may wish to have some parry on the main weapon too. With the defense increased, you can survive harder difficulties.

If you love heavy armor, use one handed style with a shortsword/rapier for parry and a shield with as much block as you can find. This style becomes especially strong at level 250 with the 1h block ability. It's the fighting style with the best defense.

Also don't bother with int. The only benefit int gives a melee fighter is that spirit stance drains a slightly smaller percentage of your total spirit. This has a slight benefit for 1h, which can keep spirit stance on for long periods of time, but you can just use spirit draughts and potions instead.

Staff P1S3 atm, forge 5 MDB and EDB. Cottons 31 and 21 prof, 5 on int-wis-agi-evade.
I alternate between 1H Light (PFUDOR arenas, IWBTH IW) and cold mage (IWBTH arenas, Nintendo IW, tower atm).

Dex should still be higher imo.

Also, best ratio for optimal mitigations is END : AGI : WIS = 2 exp : 1 exp : 1 exp (should be around 20 points difference), as AGI gives the same amount of PMi and WIS the same amount of MMi of END with the same point investment, but END gives both mitigations at the same time, so it should stay double bc of that.
