anyone know if I'm doing this right? im trying to level up my stats equally, i dont know if thats a good idea or not. I run light armor because I heard it was better and I have an exquisite estoc of slaughter because its the strongest i have atm

no, because you can get void strike on any weapon. IW10 will add void strike to any weapon. so any slaughter will do, you can make it into void type later. This post has been edited by DJNoni: Dec 4 2020, 17:57

I was using 2H/niten ichiryuu for a while, recently changed to 1H with a shield, also recently changed to Nintendo difficulty from Hell. My style is to buff the hell out of myself in the first round. Protect, regen, and haste at minimum. Usually Heartseeker too if I can afford it. After about 10 rounds, or whenever it starts to feel a little dangerous, I cast Spark of Life. I'll keep these going when they run out. I also tend to focus on the enemies that have more full spirit bars first, and use up skills every other round or so, to allow the charges to build up. Any way to avoid this happening?
You have been defeated. Yuki Nagato casts Stoic Staredown, and hits you for 571 void damage Void Strike hits Yuki Nagato for 756 void damage. Dark Strike hits Yuki Nagato for 946 dark damage. You hit Yuki Nagato for 1414 void damage. You gain the effect Cloak of the Fallen. Your Spark of Life restores you from the brink of defeat. Yuki Nagato casts Data Rewrite, and crits you for 12417 dark damage Void Strike hits Yuki Nagato for 863 void damage. Dark Strike hits Yuki Nagato for 814 dark damage. You hit Yuki Nagato for 1841 void damage. Regen restores 263 points of health. Cooldown expired for Rending Blow
Basically fighting with my trusted mace against the last beefy mob in a round, holding down "insert number key here", and I get one shot from full health, activate spark of life, but get hit immediately after and die due to holding down said number key. Pausing to confirm wether or not I am unlucky and get oneshot would slow me down by a factor of 2 maybe, not to mention requiring more concentration to go fast.
There would be nice if there was some sort of "cancel auto hit" mode when triggering certain conditions, but I guess there aren't any?
Also, from looking at the rules, it seems that making a script that would cancel inputs from my keyboard given certain conditions, wouldn't be ok? I mean it would basically be undetectable, but not going to do it if it's against the rules.
What do you guys do about this?

we use the hoverfunction of monsterbation script. You need to point to the right monster first, either by tap (phone) or mouse hover (mouse) or arrow keys (keyboard) and then if you want to press and hold to start, you can use shift for hover attack and false for normal hover action. Hover-stop on critical health is allowed. Cancelling keyboard on critical health is explicitly forbidden. Not logical? Sure. But it's like that, and that's the way it is. Reason is because admin reluctantly agreed to monsterbation features as the only exception he'll make. So basically, monsterbation is bending the rules to the absolute maximum and any other feature would break the rules.
