I have added the following to Post #1:



Legendary percentile stat information has been added to some equipments. It represents how far between Lmin and Lmax the stat is, taken directly from the wiki. Example:
Legendary Amber Power Armor of Slaughter with base ADB of 28.5 at level 400
Wiki says: Lmin ADB: 25.4, Lmax ADB: 30.68. 28.5 is a bit more than halfway from Lmin to Lmax:
percentile = (stat - Lmin) / (Lmax - Lmin)
percentile = (28.5 - 25.4) / (30.68 - 25.4) = 0.587 = 59%

Then the line is: [Hea99] Legendary Amber Power Armor of Slaughter (400, ADB 59%)

If you don't like numbers, think of it like this: 50%-100% is above average. 75%-100% is a lot above average. 90%-100% is rare and incredibly high.

Looking at stat % is an easy way to determine how strong an item is without having to open the page or the wiki. But, the wiki is not always completely accurate, so make your own judgements.
