I got 21 pony today.

But I can't find the skill in setting and fighting.
I already tried changing equipments and even Persona.
My friend told me that changing equipment was the way in 0.83. TAT
Is this a bug?

Try buying/selling some GP at the exchange. Something needs to update your account in the cache.
