I can think of two possible reasons why that would be. First, there wasn't really anything in this release that would anger a lot of players, and therefore the complains were minimized. Second, removing the forum posting requirement from the Dawn EXP bonus eliminates one of the incentives for 1-2 word spam posts. I'm kinda learning towards the first reason as the primary reason for reduced comments, but the only way to test that theory is for a future patch to anger a lot of players. However, I don't want that to happen, so I hope we'll never know.

There's no need to "test" this because we already have proof in the form of 0.76

Since a dagger has been retired but hasn't been re-rolled into another weapon (as a scythe re-rolled into a longsword, see here), I'm guessing it's due to the fact that there is a weapon that shares similar stats and purposes to a dagger: wakizashi.

1. A wakizashi can be used with a katana for a special fighting style called Niten Ichi-ryu, but a dagger can't.
2. Like a dagger, a wakizashi has a higher physical hit chance and parry chance compared to other one-handed weapons.
3. Both of them inflict the same damage type (Slashing Damage) and proc (Bleeding Wound).
4. People almost always exclusively equip a dagger/wakizashi as a offhand weapon, not main hand.
5. A dagger can sometimes have WIS on it, but it's not much of a useful stat for a melee player.

These are the reasons I can think of that the HentaiVerse developer decided not to re-roll a dagger into another weapon, but simply chose to retire it.

One solution is to search the said equipment piece with a keyword using the HV Item Manager script:

After installing the script, go to the HV inventory page, there will be a search box near the top left corner.
Type in Legendary, Estoc and you shall see the estoc.

It is just me or ALT+2, ALT+3 etc etc shortcuts stopped working?
I can only use ALT+1 at the moment.

Ok, double checked, ALT+numbers is also not working the site, something is intercepting the event (I guess intercepting and stopping the propagation).
I tried to listen on keydown and I can see alt+character being clicked but ALT+2-9 is not even entering.
Maybe some recent updates have broken this?

And I'm not even sure that this is the correct place to report this problem.

ALT+2 is working for me on FF with everything disabled (just plain JS enabled).

Check your window manager maybe.

Ok, I'm an idiot, I checked by using

in Firefox, Chrome and IE, but never checked in other sites... (like the most basic check to see it's a false positive)
In the end the issue was having Adobe CS6 opened (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif) (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/huh.gif)
Seems like it was intercepting the system calls.
