50k is a reasonable (albeit not generous) offer for that. It's usable, but not highly attractive, so it could rot in a shop for a very long time before finding the right buyer.

As Nezu correctly pointed out, 50k is a reasonable offer, especially if it came from another low-level player (vs. a high-level buying not for his own use but aiming for reselling).

You should keep in mind that such a shield, while a good catch for a low level, it would be scarcely desirable above lv.270-300, and generally completely useless and unsellable above l.350.

I would even venture an opinion that Lololo's evaluation is quite generous in the top range; 200k is a bit too much for a shield that you'll be having to change in a not-so-long time period imho, almost a reverse-ripoff against the (eventual) buyer (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/cool.gif)

Sure, I didn't criticized your evaluation, just added my opinion; just 2 years ago I'd had agreed completely with you, and even valued it a bit more. But the market has changed a lot since then.

Besides, that shield is not SDE nor Force (so less desirable for 1H melee), and block is not very good even for Bucklers; it would be different if it was Buckler of Barrier instead of Protection, you know better then me all these and being a low-level Leg. only partially redeems the limitations.

In conclusion, I highly respect your opinion but I'm keeping mine that 50k is fair and 100k is max.; the auction will tell us who came nearer.

I would put them more like this:

Melee - SDE > SDA > SEA > DEA
1H Mage - DEA > SEA ~ SDE > SDA

But in reality, prices don't really reflect anything besides just the best for each type.

It's not just the PABs and the block; for 1H-Mage you want Interference as low as possible (ideally 0), and low Burden doesn't hurt too. So Force shields are not ideal there, despite the higher block. Exactly the opposite of 1H melee.
