Can tell me if any of these low lvmag's and legend have any worth? Though considering using it myself to gradually shift toward magic at 310? What's the recommendation?
Mage armor stuff, charged prefix is good and with either elemental or dark/light? Too bad its a mag, but low lvl.

Phase is the togo stuff Or Cotton early on? Or has the best always been cotton with the right prefix and suffix?

I think all three are sellable in a shop, but you'll have to wait for a low level player to come along and buy them.

about 20k-50k each, charged/legendary may have a chance to get 100k but you need to hold a shop and wait for a new mage buyer.
A Peerless Shade is always great value. That said, most people want Shadowdancer (or at least Fleet) and possibly prefixed with Savage (or some accept Agile).
Yours is plain prefix, and Arcanist suffix is usually the second least desired after Negation.
So it's difficult to say, you can try to send it to auction and see what happens.
