Really? Not talking about old days, just around these months, or half year ago.
I saw so much of them in bazaar commonly, and some of them are good quality
I don't doubt they're sellable, but 500k+ can buy a cheap leg slaughter already.

I‘ve tried this one for 1H-Mage in PFest.

It works really, really bad, im Vergleich zum Buckler of the Barrier, you need extra Wood to upgrade the Parry Chance, and at the End it just works far away form a Buckler of the Barrier.
