yes, that's a good weapon, but it'll take you some time till you can use it, maybe you'll find something better before that

I'd say pretty decent, yes. Low ADB/PAB but a high Parry, which is the main benefit of the Waki.

Use it yourself, if you want to become Wind Mage, or sell them to new Players/give them to your Friends who want to be wind Mage and is around lv 310. Aside from the Level, those two Pieces are not good at all.

No, I think it's better to send it to Auction.
If there is Update for Equipments in coming 0.87, your Equipment may lose Value after the Release.
If no Update for Equipments your Equipment won't be more Expensive.

If you don't use it yourself, please send it to Auction, and change it for Credits for the coming 0.87.
