Not charged, no radiant ... and high level.

It may still fetch the minimum bid, but not much more then that, imho.

sadly, it's completely useless. But any peerless can fetch 50k just because it is peerless. But my advice is just to keep it for your own collection of useless peerlesses. because this may be the most useless ever.

yes you should keep it. Butcher + fatality is recommended. fat5but4 would work just as fine as fat4but5.
Parry on that item is excellent, and attack damage is pretty decent. price would be 100-250k or so?

issue with that thing is it's very old, and its stats are quite low. at a point there was a patch which rebalanced all stats. currently a similar magnificent one may be better.
or even a low-tier fiery redwood of surtr, i guess.

you may still be in FS range, btw.

btw2: that thing may still be interesting for some collector, given its IW. perhaps. take it with a grain of salt.
