tbh i wouldn't look at ADB either. mostly on evade and PABs. but w/e...

no. Curseweaver is not very useful. But level is so low, it may even be sellable. My opinion is that this is worth 14k, as high-grade cloth, but I know very little of low-level prices.

legendary ethereal rapier: bazaar immediately
legendary arctic rapier: you may bazaar, or try to find a buyer yourself for between 4k and 20k. Do not auction, it's not worth 50k.
