a staff needs to be matching to have value. Niflheim is for Cold damage. Demonic is for Dark damage. That is not the same type of magic. Therefore this staff is not a matching staff. Redwood does work for Cold. But 2 out of 3 still doesn't count. You need to have all three. So, wood, prefix and suffix. To get it matching. Because that's what you want: a matching staff. You want it matching. This doesn't match.

Not sure if rapier of balance is worth anything or not.

Unfortunately, as the current market is, your weapon is worth nothing, no matter how low of level it is.

At the beginning of the year a weapon like this would have easily given you 50K, or up to 150K, but currently the market for one-handed weapons is very devalued, so no one is going to bid on this Weapon in an auction and leave it his value in zero credits.

I suggest you use it or storage it, but you could take a chance and doing it the IW, and maybe get a nice combination of 2 powers that does not contain Swift Stike, and it would become a great weapon to use.

*Wait, why didn't you put in the characteristics of the weapon the SDB which is 88%? This if it increases the value of this weapon considerably, do yourself a favor to all those who ask prices in this section And always put the highest stats of the weapon in its description, not the lowest.

also, don't bother with IW, if you don't self-use it. people can be quite finicky with that, and it also depends whether that weapon will be used in 1H or DW set. without knowing it, it's quite useless - it may even depreciate the item

The wrong IW will devalue it since it'll need to be reforged, and even the right IW doesn't really add much (if anything) to its value - plus you'll waste your own time & possibly shards. You stand to lose on it far more than you stand to gain.

Just want to note the spell damage bonus does literally nothing unless you cast spells, and hallowed rapier of balance is absolutely 100% not a 1H mage weapon or even close to it (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

to generate that description using HVtoolBox. The stats were generated by the script automatically. So I didn't intentionally skip the EDB.

Rapiers of balance make good off-hands for DW players. There are very few DW players, though, and since they're not used by any other style by choice, those weapons are a dime a dozen - they're practically worthless. Very hard to sell for more than minimum bid, because there's no competition for it.

DW players typically play club of slaughter (high ADB, stun proc) in the main hand + rapier of balance off-hand (ADB matters less because of the off-hand damage penalty, while balance offers crit chance & accuracy to max out off-hand strike chance, and rapier brings the PA proc) for arenas. (For fests, rapiers of slaughter with wakizashi of the nimble in the offhand are used to max out parry chance.)

I kept this two equips for half a year. I don't plan to sell this LERS, and so might this robe. I just want to understand how much it would worth.

The robe, well people want shoes.... May sell, but not for crazy much.
