Radiant makes up ~5% of phase drops. Phase makes up ~25% of cloth drops. Cloth is ~24% of all equipment drops. Legendaries are ~0.3% of all equipment drops. You can do the math to guess how many equipments you need to drop before you get a radiant... if you're in the lucky 50% that gets it by the average.

That's a awesome drop, the staff that was sold at auction last week was sold for 17M but with MDB and EDB switched, I believe this one could probably sell for more since it's low level.

I paid 22m for it. I don't think low level factors significantly into the pricing when we start talking about very high value equipments like holy mage, for two reasons: 1) the bonus comes from impatient/desperate low levels who likely don't have much resources to begin with (and they may pay maybe 500k-1m extra for a decent item in their range, not many many millions) and 2) mage is not easy to start at that level, and switching to holy is basically the worst thing you could do (it will perform poorly if you don't have gear, forging, DD levels, base prof, and the level 400 abilities unlocked).

1 - unsellable; may get min bid if lucky
2 - rare & valuable to the right buyer (there's occasionally mystic fetishists like treesloth out there, and I use several mystic pieces too), but not even close to charged/radiant value - I'd consider either a shop sale for this at 30m+, or holding onto it for the long-term future waiting for a WTB ad
3 - ~1m, low value
