Auction it - probably somewhere around 1-5m. I'd send to Decon's rather than Super's, because of the level, and because of the long-term visibility (if you don't want to run a shop). There are plenty of elec/wind mages around and a lot of players start trying to play mage earlier than ever these days - they will sell in time for a good amount.

Or at Super's, they'll sell guaranteed for about 1-2m.

You know that I have noticed lately, that the vast majority of the Negation and Fleet equipment come out with the statistics in reverse, for example; If you want some good negation, resistance should be at the top, not evasion and vice versa and usually the vast majority of this type of equipment appears with that rare problem.

Now regarding the value of this equipment, no, it is not even worth 50k, I do not think they will be sold for that amount (I bought similar ones exactly for that amount, but they had a higher percentage of damage), you can take a risk and auction them, but I doubt that it will go over 50k if you are lucky to sell it, but I repeat; I don't feel this have a value of 50k.
