A little general information, nothing on the list is below level 392, each and every one of those equipments have the 3 tiers.

At one point people will stop trying new things out and only go for optimal builds. Well at least I've saved up enough GP for rainy days (IMG:[invalid] style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) .

If you wait a long time you might get an ambitious 50-100k out of it to some noob who doesn't know better, but radiants are not highly desirable for elemental mages, letalone at magnificent level.

Mags in general only serve as placeholder pieces to a mage just getting started.

>level 400, plain prefix becomes HGC for phase, prof pieces may still be useful if they have extremely high (95%+) prof + good evade/PABs. you can safely salvage basically anything that isn't charged, radiant or mystic at this point & at worst you'll only be losing less than 50k here and there

Not quite. As the point of HV, from inception to present, was to be a credit/hath sink. So steps were taken, at numerous points, to kill any build idea or playstyle that didn't need to funnel huge amounts of credits into it to be viable. Hence why the dead equipment market is considered a perfectly fine state of affairs.

cannot be accurately priced; could be anywhere between 30m and 100m depending on the buyer. most likely somewhere around 40m - this is the ideal dual-wield mainhand, but for arenas only, and there are not many rich DW players
