considering the width of said ranges i'd say high EDB, INT, WIS and halfway MDB, Evade, AGI. quite good, yep.

I'm guessing the shield has the best chance to get min. bid because they seem popular lately, but the block (shield) and attack chance (waki) are bad.

They're both all right, but Waki is more likely to sell than kite shield. (waki has good stats, kite is not a good type) But they're both low enough level there's no harm in trying both.
