hard to say - everything is so cheap nowadays... it could go as low as 250k. But it deserves more - it's radiant.

That's not fully matching however it has one match between prefix and suffix. Also it's fire, and fire/ice match partially on Oak, so it can be used as a third/fourth choice for Fire, or even used as hybrid to build proficencies.
In the last lottery this type of staff was a prize the bids went a little above your usual 5-10k ticket for nooby stuff.
So not exactly a trash staff.
IIRC it should be the third best staff (or fourth) after LHOH, high-rolls LHKH and maybe PHOF

I would keep it around until a couple of millions get offered to me, personally.

Mag staff has 19% Magic Damage, 3% Divine Proficiencies and -40% Holy Spell Damage in L ranges.
IW is 4/5 but no penetrator so bad.
I'd say it's unsellable.

The plain phase gloves are high level, not that high damage (not even >75%) and no good IW. 50k at most, probably HGC

Shoes are even worse than the gloves, these are HGC for sure

Pants hmmm, not even sure if they're the right slot, however, 48% Proficiency is very low. Probably not worth much.
Could reach half a million/a million if the slot is desirable and there are two people wanting it, otherwise, nothing.
