Low level items aren't my expertise, so I might be off a bit. Here's my estimate though:
- axe of vampire 20-50k
- club of balance - no value
- staff of heimdall - HGW salvage
- buckler of nimble - HGW, perhaps 10k because of level but only 2 pabs
- buckler of protection - 10-20k
- kite of stoneskin - HGW, only 2 pabs
- mag cotton robe - 50k max, easier just to salvage it
- phase of freyr - HGC I think
- shielding plate - 250-500k
- shade of negation - 20-50k

But you should wait for a second opinion before you sell...
