low-level player with 2H-light style rather choose exquisite shade than legendary leather
and btw selling leather to noobs that dunno what they doin is dishonorably

At that level I would rather use (and did use) one or two pieces of legendary leather rather than lower tier shade - especially because those lower tier shade won't have all PABs most of the time. If they choose not to use it, that's because of the forums shitting on perfectly usable pieces of gear all the time because it's not optimal for a high level with a good budget. I do sell legendary leather, sometimes even mag leather, and mag leather is frequently asked in the freeshop just as well.

That is, saying that shade is better than leather, or that leather is shit, is the worst. Leather, shade or just anything else is only a choice in the armor type, and it's neither worse nor better than any other. Leather is the best choice for players who want to wear armor that can be light, sturdy and mana-friendly. If it's not excellent to get going, I don't know what it is.

I think Leather is one of the best option for low level palyer cause they cost little to get and to mantain until it get possible to get profitable on better armors.

It's just that is really bad at higher levels for player with a good income.

It's charged of heimdall. The EDB and PABs don't matter for a wannabe Holy mage who doesn't want to sink in millions. So do not salvage that, it's very fairly sellable.

Armor is good for your level, keep it.

Rapier is bad because it's missing STR, if it were str/dex instead of dex/agi it could have some use for 1h but I would just bazaar it personally.
