at your level, yes. Can be used for DW or Niten or 1h mage even. Parry is too low for the high level players to bid, but for low level auction this could work.

Peerless is always sellable, and as far as things go, shocking is decent and slaughter is obviously great... but it's still an axe, so it's generally the least desirable 1H weapon type (very high damage, but no parry and weakest proc). It will probably still fetch 5mil or more at auction. I would maybe consider using it yourself for a while and not soulbinding it? It's a very nice piece even if it's not the preferred equipment type. Congratulations by the way.
