At your level mitigation prefix is still decent enough to go between 100-500k but it's not highly desirable unless it's savage or agile

Not very, but at your level most legendary equipment is valuable. This would make a good piece for a starting dark mage. Hard to put a correct value on it, you may want to send it to the low level auction?
